To order funds for buyback, rush, or other reasons, submit a store fund
request through eStore Portal.
Note:Make sure the check(s) is made out to the person who is going to the bank and cashing the check(s).
- From the Request for Additional Store Funds Main screen, selectEnter New Requests.
|Store||Store number and name. If there is more than one store, you can choose the store from the drop-down list.|
Reason for the fund request:
|Buyback Date||Date of the scheduled buyback for this term.|
|Date Needed||Date you need the funds.|
This is the name of the person designated to receive the funds.
Regional Managers Only—Names showing up in red indicate that this is a new vendor.
|Payment Method||Check or ACH (wire transfers)|
|No. of Checks||Number of checks requested.|
|Amount||Dollar amount of each check.|
|Total Needed||Total dollar amount of checks.|
Regional Managers: If the correct store is not displayed, select it from the list.
- Select a Reason Code.
BuybackThe buyback dates are populated automatically, depending on the information pre-entered in eStore Database. If there is more than one buyback period entered, select the period you are requesting funds for from the dropdown list.
OtherThe What is this for? comment field appears. Enter your reasons for requesting funds. In the Date Needed field, select the date by clicking the calendar icon.
RushThe Rush Date field appears. Select the Rush Date by clicking the calendar icon.
- Click the calendar icon to select a date.
Once a date is entered in this field, the Shipping Method field displays with the shipping method that will be used already displayed.
- In the PayableTo field, accept the name displayed or select Other and type the name.
- Refer to the chart below for your next step:
|If you are a Non-ACH Store||If you are an ACH Store|
a. In the No. of Checks field, enter the number of checks you want the funds paid in.
b. In the Amount of Checks field enter the amount of each check (Total requested funds divided by the number of checks entered in Step a equals the Total Needed)
Enter the total amount of your Store Fund Request in the Amount field.
Note: The Payment Method and Total Needed fields are filled in automatically by the system.
- Click Submit.
A confirmation dialog appears.
