Complete the Content Request Form (CRF)
Seven weeks prior to the start of classes, finalize the Content Request Form and submit it to the research team via the Follett ACCESS portal.
Refer to the Follett ACCESS Digital Product Guide for information regarding: download provider options, the purpose of the CRF, and directions for how to fill out the Content Request Form.
Submitting the CRF
When the content request form is complete and you are ready to have the titles built, create an incident on the ACCESS portal and attach the CRF.
- Navigate to the ACCESS portal login page.
- Click Title Build / Title Updates.
- Enter a Summary, Name, Phone #, Email, Term, ORD, and Description.
- Under Attachment, select Browse, locate the CRF and select Open.
- Click Send to submit the incident to attach a file.

- Need a status update on your CRF title build?
- If you have received an email sent from Follett ACCESS (jira@data357.atlassian.net) with your CRF incident # in the subject line, Reply All to that email with your request.
Or - Check your CRF incident status via the ACCESS portal:
- Log in to the Follett ACCESS Portal in the Follett Help Center.
- Click Requests.
- Locate the incident in question, which should appear as a Content Request Form Submission Incident.
- Click its associated blue hyperlink.
- If you have received an email sent from Follett ACCESS (jira@data357.atlassian.net) with your CRF incident # in the subject line, Reply All to that email with your request.

- If you have a general question about how to complete the pricing or title build process, email your regional manager (RM).
- If your RM cannot assist, log an incident on the ACCESS Portal > Title Build / Title Updates (CRF).
