Fixed Asset Audit

The Fixed Asset Audit tool allows store managers to complete audits of the fixed assets in their store and safeguard company assets. Store Managers, Regional Managers and Group Vice Presidents can view, print, and export the listing of fixed assets for their stores.

Availability

The Add, and Save functions are only available during the audit date range assigned for your store by the Fixed Asset Management Team. If you access this application on any date outside the assigned date range, only the Print option is enabled.

To access:

Click Financials►Fixed Asset Audit.

The Current Fixed Assets screen appears. From this screen, you can perform the following tasks for your store:

View Your Assets

Complete The Audit of Your Assets

Add an Asset

Change the Status of an Asset.htm

Print the Assets

Export the Assets

Finalize the Audit

Review Compliance

Identify Assets
