Totals	There are three rows to the Totals section: This Year YTD Budget YTD Last Year YTD Column Names Sales: Dollars—The dollar value of sales from the period selected in the Week field. $Var (Variance)—The dollar amount difference between This Year YTD and both the Budget YTD and Last Year YTD values. %Var (Variance)—The difference, expressed as a percentage, between This Year YTD and both the Budget YTD and Last Year YTD values. Hours: Total—The total hours from the period selected in the Week field. Var # (Variance)—The difference in hours between This Year YTD and both the Budget YTD and Last Year YTD values. Var % (Variance)—The difference, expressed as a percentage, between This Year YTD and both the Budget YTD and Last Year YTD values.
Week by Week Recap	The Week by Week Recap is broken down by: Sales Manpower Sales/Wage Hour Column Names TY (This Year)—This is the week/year values you entered in the Week and Fiscal Year fields. LY (Last Year)—One year previous to the values entered in the Week and Fiscal Year fields. BUD—The budgeted amount.
