eFollett:Digital
Online customers see the same print and digital options displayed on the in-store shelf tag when shopping on eFollett. When a Digital Delivery Fee applies, an information icon displays next to the digtal listing to provide the details.
Search by ISBN or Keyword (Title, Author, Subject)
If a student shopper conducts an ISBN or keyword search, such as title, author, or course subject, and two or more digital variations are associated with the ISBN, the search results display:
- Digital rental or buy variations with the same ISBN.
- Starting price for each digital variation.
- Rental duration (# of days) for each digital rental in the Search Results.
This example shows two Digital Buy options on the left and two Digital Rent options on the right.
The customer can then select an option for more details.
Product Detail Page
Whether the shopper selects an option from a set of search results, or only a single option is available, the Product Detail page displays with the appropriate information based on the selection.
Just like on the shelf tag in-store, up to four Digital Rent and four Digital Buy options display for purchase, if available. The options display by price from lowest to highest, within each Rent Digital or Buy Digital grouping.
The Download Provider name displays in the Digital Rights Management modal. This is visible when the shopper clicks or taps the Requirements link below a digital title on the Course Materials Results page, Product Details page, and Follett Discover View.
Digital Delivery Fee Disclaimer
An informational ToolTip with a digital delivery fee disclaimer displays for each eligible digital title throughout the textbook shopping experience online. For an eligible digital title, customers can tap or over the question mark icon to view the digital delivery fee details.
In addition, a notification message about the digital delivery fee displays below the Add to Bag button when a shopper selects an eligible digital title.
The store-specific digital delivery fee amount is reflected in both the information tooltip and notification message.

eFollett Order Summary
On the Shopping Bag page and in Checkout, in the Order Summary section, the online customer sees the total fee charged for all eligible digital titles in their shopping cart and a count to specify the number of items.
The Digital Delivery Fee Information tooltip is also available to view on that line item of the order to provide detail on what the digital delivery fee covers.

Order Status Update Email
Once the transaction is complete, the customer receives an email with instructions on how to access the digital title. The Order Status Update email contains any digital items ordered.
- The Order Details section lists the Digital Delivery Fee for each eligible digital title. In addition, the Product Total section contains of summary of the fee amount for the entire order.
- The Digital Order Details section contains the Digital Access Information for each digital title on the order.
