Find Customer and Reset Password
To support your customers, you can also locate customers and reset their eFollett password in Accelerator.

- Log onto Accelerator.
- From the menu, select Operations
Find Customers.
- Type information into one or more of the fields.
- Use the drop-down selection fields to refine your search and select Find.

- Log onto Accelerator.
- From the menu bar, select Operations
Find Customers.
- Type information into one or more of the fields.
- Use the drop-down selection fields to refine your search and select Find.
- Select the checkbox next to the email address for the customer whose password you want reset.
- Select Reset Password.
- Type the password you used to log on to Accelerator.
- Select OK.
A temporary password is emailed to the customer.
- Click OK.
