Correct Invalid Transactions and Payments
Use this procedure to decrease an invalid transaction or payment.
- From the main menu, select Account Billing
Correct Invalid Transactions and Payments. View
field definitions.
- For each transaction, notice whether there is a check mark in one of the following columns:
- Inactive Major
- Inactive Customer
- Customer Not Linked to Major Account
A check mark in one of these columns indicates a problem with information set up in CARRR to correct the issue. Refer to Edit a Major Account and Edit a Customer Account for more information.
- For all other transactions, select the checkbox by the transaction or payment you want to correct.
- Click Correct Transactions.

Store | Store number. |
MajorID | Major account number. Select the major account ID to assign to the transaction. |
Customer ID | Customer account number. Select the customer account ID to assign to the transaction. |
Transaction | Transaction type. |
Amount | Dollar amount of the transaction. |
Date | Date of the transaction. |
- Select the Customer ID and Major ID to correct the transaction.
- Select Save.
- Select OK.
