Navigating the Management Self Audit (MSA)
The MSA online tool is located in eStore Portal►Loss Prevention►Management Self Audit.
Important: You must use Internet Explorer for full functionality in the MSA.
|Store||Store number and name|
|Region||Regional manager name|
|Group||Store group number|
|LP Manager||Regional asset protection manager name for store|
|Audit Period||Select the audit period from the drop-down list.|
|Section Name||Self audit categories|
|Completed By||User name of individual who was signed in when the self-audit was submitted|
|Achieved Points||Number of points earned based on your question responses|
|Possible Points||Total number of points|
All sections include the following navigation buttons:
|Prev Section||Displays the previous page|
|Next Section||Displays the next page|
|Save||Saves your work without exiting|
|Home||Returns to the Management Self Audit main page|
|Submit||Button activates when all questions have been answered and the Action Plan is complete.|
Navigation buttons are located at the bottom of each section.
Print the Management Self Audit
The print button only displays on the section grid.
Access the management self audit.
Select the Print button from the section grid.
The File Download pop-up displays.
The file opens in Adobe Acrobat.
Resume an Existing Self Audit
You can save and exit from a self audit that you have started.
To resume working on a partially completed self audit:
Access the Management Self Audit menu in eStore Portal.
Select your Store and the Audit Period from the drop-down lists.
Click the Section button you want to resume.
