Record Recovery of Bad Debt

Use this procedure to record payment received for previously written off charges.

1. From the main menu, select Payment Processing Apply Account Payment.
2. Find the payment transaction.
3. In Adjustment Options, select Record Recovery of Bad Debt.

View field definitions.

4. Click Browse to attach supporting documentation.
5. To add a comment, click Add New. Tell me how...
6. Click Save.
7. Click OK.
