Completing the Self Audit
Every section of the audit must be fully completed before it can be submitted. Sections may be completed in any order and partially completed sections can be saved and returned to at a later time. The self-audit section names have changed. See the following table:
An answer of Y, N or NA is required for every question. An entry in the Comments field is required for any question that asks for specific information. For example, for any question that asks you to provide 5 daysof informationrequires an entry in the Comments field for that question. Comments for any other type of question is not required.
Review the latest Financial Statement, store files and screens from CARRR and POS to answer the questions.
- From the Main Menu click Loss Prevention
Management Self Audit.
- Select the Store and Audit Period from their respective lists.
The section grid appears.
- Click the Section button you want to work on.
The page appears.
- Answer Yes, No, or N/A for every question.
- In the Comment section, type comments or explanations for any question, particularly those questions where the store is non-compliant.
- Decide what to do next:

Display the previous section | Click the Previous button. |
Display the next section | Click the Next button. |
Save your work without exiting | Click the Save button. |
Re-display the Management Self-Audit main page | Click the Home button. |
Submit | The Submit button is activated when all questions have been answered and the Action Plan is complete. |
