eBook Refunds when Purchased with non-eBook SKUs
This issue occurs during a refund transaction when one or more eBooks are sold on the same transaction with other non-eBook SKUs. During the refund, when cashier tries to scan the non-eBook item on the Return screen, instead of selecting the Trans Detail tab, then an eBook void request is also sent to ePay, even though it was not selected during the refund.
Workaround: If the cashier selects the item from the Trans Detail tab, instead of scanning the SKU, the issue does not occur.
This issue will be resolved in the June, 2020 release.

Store Safe Balance Error Notice
CORE POS Back Office always displays the above range Count Error Notice even if the closing balance is less than or greater than the recommended store safe balance. This issue will be fixed before Fall rush.

Deposit Amount Limits
When cashing out and entering the end of day deposit, CORE POS does not allow you to enter a check amount greater than $999,999.99. The issue is currently on the enhancement list to increase the value accepted for this field.
Workaround: If the check deposit amount exceeds the limit, cash out and enter the deposit amount for $999,999.99 in CORE POS Back Office. Enter the full check amount on the deposit ticket, then complete an Over-Short report so that the home office can complete an adjustment to correct the out of balance.
Offsite/Offline Event - No Credit Card Settlement Complete Message
If you have run an offsite event in offline mode and re-connect to the network to perform end of day, currently if you complete the end of day activities and credit card transaction settlement is not complete, there is no indication in the system or message to let you know. An enhancement is in development that will display a message if you attempt to finalize end of day and the credit card settlement is not complete.
Until the enhancement is in production, after you connect the register to the network and launch the POS application, leave the register connected for a minimum of 30 minutes to allow credit card settlement to complete.
