Are all cartons counted and verified before signing for the delivery?
| When packages are delivered to the store via UPS, Fed, etc., does the person receiving the packages physically count the number of packages obtained from the carrier and compare the number to what is being signed for before the driver leaves? The physical count of the packages will help ensure we have received the proper delivery.

Is all Course Tracks receiving and General Merchandise receiving in MMS completed within 24 hours?
| Does a store team member complete detailed receiving of merchandise delivered to the store within 24 hours? Please note there are some exceptions to the process due to excessive amounts of inventory being delivered at one time during RUSH – but keep in mind we want to get this inventory into our systems as quickly as possible.

Has the store taken appropriate steps to resolve all items in the Shrink Prevention Wizard month? (Aged RNP, Potential Duplicate RNP, Out of Margin)
| Is the store reviewing and taking action to resolve items that are open on the store Shrink Prevention wizard – at least monthly? • Several years ago stores stopped reviewing every line item on the PA and instead went to a more efficient process of only reviewing exceptions. These exceptions appear in the shrink wizard. This system creates a notification to the store when there is a potential issue The store should also determine who/what is creating the ongoing exceptions to determine if team members need further training.
