View or Resend Customer Messages

1. Access the Customer Message Inquiry screen. Tell me how...

1. From the SODA main menu, select Customer Message Inquiry.
   
2. Type the customer number and click Find.
   

2. To filter the list...
   

• By an order number, type the order number in the SODA Order Number field.
• By the date of the message, type a date in the Message Date field.

3. Click Find.
   
4. To read a message, highlight the line and click Review Message.
   Click Go Back when you are done.

To resend a message, click Review MessageResend Message.

5. When you are finished on this screen, click Go Back to return to the SODA main menu.
