The Patron Email History Report lists all Text Rental emails sent to patrons. Emails to patrons include:
- Thank you emails sent when a patron rents a textbook.
- Reminder emails sent when a rental is due or past due.
- Charge emails sent when a patron is charged for a non-checked in book or an overdue book.
- Rental Extended emails sent when the Textbook Rental Period is extended.
- Rental Check-in emails sent when the Rental Textbooks are received and checked in.
To run the Patron Email History Report:
- Click Reporting Text Rental Reports.
- Click Report Name and select Patron Email History.
- Select report parameters. View field definitions.
|Start Date||Select the start date you want to run the report for|
|End Date||Select the end date you want to run the report for|
- Click Display Report.
- To print the report, click the printer icon above the report view.
- Verify print parameters.
- Click OK.
