SODA Refund Report

The SODA Refunds report is available to compare the refund transactions in SODA against the inventory returned. Continue to follow current process and policies for monitoring refunds.

The report is accessed through the SODA Reporting menu in MMS (Merchandise Management System).

The report can be run at SKU level by store, transaction date range, and associate ID. The report can be exported to Excel.

To run the SODA Refund Report:

1. Log into MMS.
2. Select the SODA Reporting button.
   The SODA Reporting screen displays.
3. Select the SODA Refund Report button.
   The SODA Refunds Report screen displays.
4. Select the parameters for the report, e.g., Transaction Date range or Associate ID.
   
   The report displays.

• Any refunded shipping & handling fees are displayed as an individual line item.
  Note: Select the Excel Report link to export the report to Microsoft Excel.
