Sections without includED (Follett ACCESS) Materials Report
The Sections without includED Materials report will list details of any adoption in CourseTracks that is marked as includED (Follett ACCESS) where the status of the materials or the adoption will not release orders once the Order Release date has passed for the term specified. An Follett ACCESS adoption must have both the adoption and the adopted, required material marked as includED (Follett ACCESS) to be ready for release. Additionally, the adoption must be in Complete status. If any of these criteria are not met, the details of that adoption will appear on this report. Use this report to confirm that CourseTrack adoptions are ready for release.
- Select Reports > Sections Without includED Materials.
- Select the term you want included on the report.
If there are no sections without Follett ACCESS materials, a message "No Results Found" is displayed.
