View Audit Trail Information for the Patron

1. Select Patron Information Patron Maintenance.
2. Search for the patron.

Tell me how...

1. In the Search By field, select a search method:

- Patron ID

- Patron Name or Last Name

- Phone Number

- Email - if applicable

2. In the open field, type the information relating to the Search By method.
3. Click Find.

For example, if you are searching by Patron ID, type the Patron ID number in the open field.

3. View information on the Patron Maintenance window. View field definitions.

4. Click the Audit Trail button.
5. View the Audit Trail window. View field definitions.
6. Click Close.
