Security Review Report

The MMS Security Review Report is a list of all employees that have been reviewed and have had their access either approved or denied. View field definitions.

Field	Definition
User Name	Associate's name.
User ID	Associate's userID.
Location	The store number or Home Office designation.
Security Group	Identifies the group(s) the associate has authority to access. View Security Group Descriptions.
Action	Valid values in this field are: A - Access approved D - Access denied
Deny Reason	One of the following reasons appear in this field: User Transferred User Terminated Other. Note: All options require an explanation in the Comments field.
Transferred To	The new location of a transferred associate.
Comments	Free form comments.
Reviewed By	The name of the reviewer.
Reviewed Date	Date the review was submitted,
