MMS/SODA Security Review
Use this application to approve or deny access to the MMS and SODA applications for team members who have had access in the past. You review security access twice a year. Refer to the online or email communication for the deadline for completing the review.
You can select, review access and submit the names as often as needed until the deadline. Once the deadline is reached, you can no longer access the MMS Application Security Review in eStore Portal.

Give Access for the First Time
If you need to give access for the first time to a team member, you cannot do that in the MMS /SODA Application Security Review. Instead, complete a System Access Request (SARbot) and submit it through the Follett Support Center.
Note: The team member must be active in Follett (have an assigned associate/Active Directory ID) before you can request SODA access via the SARBOT.
