Daily Sales Overview
The Daily Sales main page (accessed
from the eStore Portal Main Menu Financials Daily Sales) provides access to a variety of sales
reports that provide comparative analyses of sales from any day or period
in the current fiscal year with its related period from the previous fiscal
year.
Note: When you access Daily Sales, the fields for generating Total Sales figures are presented by default.
Store Managers, Regional Managers, and Group Vice Presidents can view Daily Sales reports. The type of information you can view depends on how your username is set.
Note: Field defaults are based on the username.
Report Options
On the Daily Sales App screen, you can view the following reports:
Total Sales—Provides the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales data compared to the previous year, based on the time frame you specify.
Total Sales Recap—figure out the difference between the two reports, if there is any.
Departmental Sales—Provides the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly departmental sales data compared to the previous year, based on the time frame you specify.
Item Analysis—Shows the total sales by department for a specific date this year compared with the same date last year. This report also includes the total number of items sold by department and the average retail price per item.
eFollett Orders Recap—Shows all orders created through efollett.com. The totals for the current day, week, month, and year are calculated.
Sales and Hours Analysis—Shows the total sales, payroll hours and average sales per hour for the week, month and year, based on the data entered through Flash Sales.
Sales and Hours Recap—Shows budget, total sales, and total hour comparisons between this year and last. The lower half of the report includes a week by week recap of sales, manpower and sales/wages per hour through the week selected.
Other Info—Shows additional daily sales information by account type for your specified time period.
Daily Sales Accounting—Shows the daily sales accounting for your specified date; includes totals for net department sales, miscellaneous receipts, deductions and paid outs, balancing and the DSR balance.
