Access CORE POS Back Office

BO refers to CORE POS Back Office application.

Important: You must access CORE POS Back Office through Internet Explorer. Accessing the application through Google Chrome causes issues, therefore, do not use Goggle Chrome. If you use the CORE POS Back Office icon on the workstation, the correct browser is used.

To log into Back Office:

1. Double-click on the Back Office (BO) icon.
   Note: You can log into BO from a POS or BO workstation.
2. Enter your User ID and Password.
3. Click the Login button.

The BO dashboard displays.

Note: The first time you log into the application, you are prompted to change your password.
