eFollett: Digital Credentials in Order History

If a customer requests their digital textbook credentials, share the instructions below to locate the information in their eFollett Order History.

In the View Order History screen from their Orders page, the credentials are located on the Order Details screen.

From the efollett.com site (https://www.bkstr.com/efollettstore/home):

1. Enter the name of your school in the Find a School search field.
   
   
2. Select the school name from the drop-down.
   
3. Select the Sign In link.
   
4. Enter your email address and password.
   
5. Select Sign In.
   
6. Select the Orders link on the My Account page.
   
   
   Your My Account > Orders page displays.
   
   
7. Select View Order Details for the order that includes the digital book.
   The Order Details screen displays.
   
8. Find the Access Code credentials in the Order Details section. Select Access Content.
