Create a Date Range Customer Statement
Use this procedure if you're using specific date information for billing purposes. You can select the date range for transactions in this procedure. You can also limit the statements by major account, customer number, student ID, or customer. Commonly done for the month. Should be run before creating invoices in CARRR application.
- From the main page, select Account Billing
Date Range Customer Statement. - Select the Sort Order in which to print the statements.
View options.
- Customer Number
- Transaction Date
- Student ID
- Student Name
- Set the beginning and ending dates for the information on the report.
- Select the option for choosing the account.
View options.
Select the All or Individual radio button depending on how you want the report to display.
Note: If you select Individual, enter the appropriate information in the adjacent text field.
- Major ID
- Customer number
- Student ID
- Customer name
- Click Display Report.
The customer statements are displayed.
View field definitions
Bill To | Major Account name and address. |
Send Payments To | Store's remittance address. |
The Last Payment date | Date the last payment was posted to the account. |
Amount | Dollar amount of the last payment posted to the account. |
Major Account | Name on the major account. |
Transaction Period |
Date range of the transactions to include on the statement.s |
Total Remaining Amount | Balance on the major account. |
Unapplied Payments | Dollar amount of payments posted to the account that have not been applied to an invoice. |
Amount Due by | Date the payment is due on the account. |
Customer Name | Customer name on the account. |
Customer Number | Customer account number |
Soc Sec # | Customer's social security number. |
Student ID # | Student identification number. |
Date | Date of the transaction. |
Transaction Reference | Information about the transaction. |
Transaction Amount | Dollar amount of the transaction. |
Remaining Amount | Balance on the account. |
Customer Account Total | Dollar amount totals of the transactions on the account and the customer's balance. |
To print the report, select the Acrobat (PDF) file format.
Tell me how...
- Create the report.
With the report displayed, select the Acrobat (PDF) file format from the drop-down list.
- Click the Export link.
- Click Open.
- Click File
Print. - Click OK.
- Close the open window.
To export the statement, select the
export format and click Export.

- Create the report.
- With the report displayed, select the format from the drop-down list.
- Click the Export link.
- Click Open.
The file is opened in the window of the format you selected.
