DSV Information

Outlined below is a list of drop ship vendors and contact information.
Important: This vendor information is provided for purposes of the store contacting the vendor. Vendor contact information should not be shared with customers.

You (store) can contact the drop ship vendor directly for the following:

• Check general status of an order

• Cancel an order

• Change address on order

• Change product size, color, etc. for an item

  • Ask vendor if this is possible.

• Customer received the DSV order, but was not yet charged

  • Confirm vendor has sent the 856 file to Follett to collect payment.

• If vendor responds that they did not receive the PO from Follett, submit a request in the Follett Support Center - EDI/PSC - Request Type: Resend a File.

• For direction based on specific order status, see Respond to DSV Order Inquiries.

• For all other DSV issues, submit a request in the Follett Support Center - Website Support - Request Type: Online Orders/Online Support Level 2: Drop Ship Vendor Items.

Note: The preferred vendor contact method is Email. Turnaround time for emails is commonly quicker than accessing a person via phone.
